I advise against. At the beginning of December after an appointment 3 hours late, I wanted an air-to-air heat pump quote. The quote should have been sent to me at the beginning of January but nothing. At the beginning of February I follow up by phone and they promise to send it to me the following Monday but nothing. End of March contacted by email but still nothing. I wanted a craftsman in my town but the trust is not there. My opinion is to go your own way and contact craftsmen who respect very basic commitments.
