Appointment between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on a Friday, call at 10 a.m. to tell us that there was an emergency and that the plumber will be late. 12 p.m., no one, 3 p.m. still no one. We finally get a call back to tell us that the plumber will come by at the end of the day. 6 p.m. person, 7 p.m. person. The following Monday, not even an apology call. We waited a whole day for nothing. Not very serious, right? 🙄
