Good plumbers who were professional and quickly stopped a water leak in my bathroom

We need more clarity when the price of the interventions in fact on the telephone we are told 129 euros which all in all seems correct to me the surprise the technician on site informs us that it will be 350 euros, we ask him for an explanation he tells us that he tried to contact a manager but they did not answer. Regrettable because we chose to have a craftsman from our town work, what a disappointment.

I called on Ets Leroy Pere et Fils in Conflans Sainte Honorine to repair a leak on a weld at the hot water connection behind a sink on an 18 mm pipe (dating from 2004). I am not at all satisfied with the work done by the sector technician. Incomprehension from the discussion of the quote, with incorrect prices, and work that does not correspond to what I am asking for. I find myself with hot water that is no longer connected, even though I validated a quote whose price corresponded to that announced for the connection (more than €600). Furthermore, without the technician warning me of anything: if I turn on the hot water, I have cold water flowing directly under the sink, the pipe billed to me is 18mm, but it is 16mm which is installed, the fixing collar was broken but reinstalled to make it appear that it was still holding. I discovered all this after the technician left. Very friendly secretary on the phone, but who cannot offer any solutions. I won't be fooled twice.

I contacted this company for a leak on a shower hose. They charged me €99 for the trip and the diagnosis. The diagnosis lasted 10 minutes and the person who came (a salesperson and not a plumber) told me that it would cost €500 to do the welding and €1,000 to change the hose, but without knowing how to tell me if the leak was coming from the solder or the hose. I still paid the €99 but with the feeling that this practice should not exist. He called me back 15 minutes later to explain that he could do the welding for me for €350. I called another plumber who showed me that the problem came from the hose (so soldering would not have fixed it) and above all who did the repairs for half the price...
