They do answer quick and quick to give an offer. They are friendly when they take work. BUT they are as expensive as Swiss, most of work they have done was with errors, some they came to fix (I had to wait), some they didn’t even bother to come to fix. They are quick to start, but left a lot of faults which I had to pay to others to fix because they were not in hurry even when I informed that water is leaking after their work. They also don’t bother to evacuate garbage after their work, I was waiting for weeks and evacuated myself. I paid for part which was done well and decided to finish 2nd part with other experts to avoid more issues and risks. Finally I spent twice more by redoing works and wasted time searching for other workers. They became agressive started threatening that I’m obliged to finish all with them. No idea if they can do simple&small work, but for big and serious ones - I would advise not to take a risk with this company.

Replacement of tap on a pipe for €288 in September, which started leaking again in November. I contacted the ikm74 company again who told me that I had to pay the same amount again. I tell him it's the same part and ask if there is no guarantee, he is upset with our dissatisfaction and leaves our home insulting us. Well done, the professionalism of certain people, I strongly advise against it
