I have been a customer for 20 years and I have seen the deterioration of service and the declining skills of certain technicians. Lately it seems to be back to normal... So why 3 stars, the hourly rate at €120. It's almost at the level of an engineer. €200 to cut a gas pipe and make it safe, 1/4 hour intervention. +300€ to re-connect, i.e. 500€ for the total intervention. It is still very excessive. So the 20-year-old customer will look at the competition. I am responding to your response and I assure you that I called to report my astonishment and dissatisfaction as soon as I received the invoice. This one is also incorrect. I was told that no one was aware of this adjustment after intervention. I still paid full price and no one called me back or sent an amended invoice in my favor. It is not enough just to respond but also to act. There is a real problem at every level in this company. Cdt.

10 interventions in one year on a new installation at €23k… 10 different technicians. Favorite phrase: “we’ll call you back tomorrow without fail”, the last time was in December, it’s February, no news! The installation, the collection is fine, but the development, the follow-up, a disaster!!!

If you need a competent company, avoid this one! When employees (technicians, workers or administrators) blame each other instead of simply admitting their inability to respond to your domestic concerns, this says a lot about the company's current policy. We are a long way from the time when the entrepreneur listened to his client and made sure to be professional and even provide solutions.
