Except that he didn't even install it, it was up to us to finish his work. - Steel tray roughly cut with a grinder and without any protection which led to scratches and rust on our new roof. - No sealing made between the frame and the rain screen: he did not know how to do it and did not try to find out before doing anything. We inquired with several professionals, there is indeed a room dedicated to this use. If we had not taken care of making the corrections ourselves, at the first condensation in the steel tank there would have been a leak in the house. - Interior sealing between the conduit and the vapor barrier not done: he did not even know the material and also did not seek to find out: there is also a dedicated part - He scratched the entire double-skin duct visible from inside the house: “put it on with a black marker, it won’t be visible anymore”… the joke. In short, we would have to write an indigestible text to describe everything that went wrong during his intervention. Because there is much more than that. In the end, we have to remove his work entirely and start all over again. Only one piece of advice: run away. We wouldn't even recommend it for a simple chimney sweep.
