Rapid and effective intervention

I called in the morning at 10:30 a.m. and the gentleman who answered told me don't bother me at that time???! Poor service is unprofessional Unpolite behavior

I called this plumber for a clogged toilet bowl. He was one of the only ones to come the same day and within 20 minutes of my call. As he was retired, he explained to me that he could not provide me with an invoice, but it really didn't matter because he quickly and well resolved my problem and only asked me for €20 so that all the other companies were asking me for €175 MINIMUM and EXCLUDING TAX!! Of course, I would call on him again if necessary, especially since he has over 50 years of experience! And so I highly recommend it!

Called for a leak. Arrives without a toolbox, a simple paper bag with two or three bits and pieces, even makes me wonder if I don't have a hammer.
