I do not understand the negative opinions concerning this craftsman, maintenance of the boiler nickel radiator leak repaired, friendly and punctual I highly recommend.

When I read the negative reviews, I believe that we are not talking about the same plumber who came to do the installations at my home. Everything has been perfect for 10 years since I bought my apartment. My water heater broke after 10 years and it was quickly replaced by Mr. FAURE. Thanks to the team.

Very bad experience. Following an intervention to change taps and T's on cast iron radiators, leaks appeared the next day. Never called me back or offered anything. Then, following a chimney sweep, a GRDF expert came by and condemned my water heater because the T was stuck with tape and therefore not impervious to monoxide. The chimney sweep told my wife that chimney sweeping 'is only for insurance purposes.' When I closed the T myself with a cap (purchased for €2.50), I realized that the T was filled with debris. J" I have 2 year old children at home and I have already had monoxide poisoning. Such actions are scandalous. When I explained this to him, Mr. Faure told me that I was "inflating" him. If I had the time and energy, I would continue such actions. TO AVOID !!!!
